We are General Building Contractor whose principal contracting business is in connection with any structure built, being built, or to be built, for the support, shelter, and enclosure of persons, animals, chattels, or movable property of any kind, requiring in its construction the use of at least two unrelated building trades or crafts, or to do or superintend the whole or any part thereof.

We do new construction for entire house from dirt to finish and additions and remodeling of entire house.

Our focus is for residential and will be transitioning to include business establishment in the future.

CARPENTRY WORKS

Carpentry is a skilled trade and a craft in which the primary work performed is the cutting, shaping, and installation of building materials during construction, concrete formwork, etc. Carpenters do rougher work such as framing, and finer trades of cabinetmaking and furniture’s. Carpenters are usually the first tradesmen on a job and the last to leave. Carpenters learn the trade by being an apprentice and qualify by successfully completing the competence test in the United States. It is common that the skill can be learned by gaining work experience other than a formal training program.

MASONRY WORKS

Masonry is a construction trades which primary work is building of structures from individual units, which are often laid in and bound together by mortar. The common materials of masonry construction are brick, building stone such as marble, granite, and limestone, cast stone, concrete block, glass block, and adobe. Masonry is generally a highly durable form of construction. The quality of the mortar and workmanship and the pattern in which the units are assembled substantially affect the durability of the overall masonry construction. A person who constructs masonry is called a mason or bricklayer.

PLUMBING WORKS

Plumbing system conveys fluids for a wide range of applications. Plumbing uses pipes, valves, plumbing fixtures, tanks, and other apparatuses. Heating and cooling (HVAC), waste removal, and potable water delivery are among the most common uses for plumbing, many others. Plumbing infrastructure is critical to public health and sanitation.

ELECTRICAL WORKS

Electrical materials and components are required to be installed on homes. Electrician is a tradesman specializing in electrical wiring of buildings, transmission lines, stationary machines, and related equipment. Electricians are employed for the installation of new electrical components and upgrades of existing electrical infrastructure.

ROOFING WORKS

Roofers replace, upgrade, and install the roofs of buildings, using a variety of materials, including shingles, bitumen, and metal. Roofing work are physically demanding as it involves heavy lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, often in extreme weather conditions.

EXCAVATION WORKS

Excavation work generally means work involving the removal of soil or rock from a workplace using tools, machinery. A person conducting a business or undertaking must manage risks associated with all kinds of excavations at the workplace.

PLASTERING AND STUCCO WORKS

“Stucco” usually refers to coating of outside and "plaster" to a coating for interiors. Plasterwork is done with a layer of plaster on an interior wall structure and decorative moldings on ceilings or walls. Stucco is made of aggregates, a binder, and water. Stucco is applied wet and hardens to a very dense solid. It is used as a decorative coating for walls and ceilings, and as a sculptural and artistic material.

PAINTING WORKS

Painting is the practice of applying paint, pigment, color or other medium to a solid surface. A fresh paint job has the power to totally transform the look of your house in less time and for less cash. That thin skin of resin and pigment also protects your investment, shielding it from sun, wind, and rain until the paint begins to crack and peel. Properly applied new paint should last provided you use top-quality materials apply them with care on clean surface.

DRYWALL OR WALLBOARD WORKS

Drywall also known as plasterboard, wallboard, sheet rock, gyprock, gypsum board, or gypsum panel is a panel made of gypsum, with or without additives, typically extruded between thick sheets of facer and backer paper, used in the construction of interior walls and ceilings. The plaster is mixed with fiber typically paper, fiberglass, asbestos, or a combination of these materials, plasticizer, foaming agent, and various additives that can reduce mildew, flammability, and water absorption.

FRAMING WORKS

Framing materials are usually wood, engineered wood, or structural steel. Light-frame construction using standardized dimensional lumber has become the dominant construction method using minimal structural material allowing builders to enclose a large area at minimal cost while achieving a wide variety of architectural styles. Modern light-frame structures usually gain strength from rigid panels (plywood and other plywood-like composites such as oriented strand board (OSB) used to form all or part of wall sections.

CONCRETE WORKS

Concrete works includes the installation of formworks, removal, and finishing to desired size, outcome, and shape. Basic processes are preparation of the concrete mix; delivery of the mix to the construction site; feeding, distribution, and compaction of the mix in the formwork, molds; the curing of the concrete while it is hardening; and quality control of the concrete work.

We could provide Consultancy and Professional Services for your home. We do general building construction. We offer both Services, whichever you select. We can provide Consultancy on DIY, visiting the site/ home on scheduled basis to oversee the work done by your selected workers.
